This is a pic of either the boy or the girl, not sure which one I captured, just after birth...Ok not right after birth because we were at the mall getting daddy a new pair of shoes...but as soon as we pulled up my dear friends daughter came running..."We have babies!!!!!"
Sorry the pic is a little blury. Well with my phone costing a whopping $35, you cant exactly expect National Geograpic style pictures. Althought, it would be pretty sweet if you could...lol..for only $35.
We do not yet have names picked out and are welcoming all suggestions...
There is a lot of life on the property these days, tons of fun!!!
I am off to bed because I have had a headache going on 3 days now, ugh!! Pls pray it will go away!!
Oh, we are on watch for the next baby goats...With in the next 24 hrs we should have more life here on the compound....lol There is also a 3rd that is pregnant but not quite showing signs just yet that she is ready.
Anyhow, I will keep all updated....

That is so exciting that you have baby goats! I think they are the cutest things ever! This spring we are hoping to to get a baby goat and a lamb. The goat to help keep our hillside eaten down. The lamb would be for us to eat, but I'm worried we'll get too attached.:-}
So can I ask- what are you guys living on? A farm?
WE are very blessed to share about 3 acres of land with our dear friends. We live in their guest house and they let us hlep with the animals. It's like one big family. We love it. It is sooo much better then living in the city, which is where we lived before we moved here. We are kinda in the country but 15 min from a bigger city.
What an awesome arrangement! With the increased urbanization of our society, it is such a blessing that your family gets to live that lifestyle!
We are very grateful. I am very pleased to know that our children will have a better, well rounded view of all things in life.
You will always have all these nature memories to share with your fam...and it will give the kids a good sense of responsibilty-not just for themselves...but God's other creatures. I think that's great that you and Leon make necessary sacrfices to have your kids on a 'farm', in the city!
haha...thanks Steph. ya we def wouldnt have been able to teach them about rainsing chickens and goats in O'side...But I do love how that they will have a respect for Gods other creatures...well stated
